Francisco Abelha nasceu em 1972.
É pai de três adoráveis criancinhas.
Trabalha como guionista de televisão desde 1999.
Em 2008 lançou o seu primeiro livro Pai em Construção que alcançou considerável sucesso.
Na altura prometeu que aquele era o seu primeiro e último livro mas, como se pode ver, mentiu.
