Filomena Afonso Mourinho

Filomena Afonso Mourinho tem quarenta e quatro anos, é professora de Inglês há vinte e considera-se expert em lidar com situações de vida consideradas difíceis, pois para além de ser portadora de nanismo, tem diagnóstico de fibromialgia há cerca de sete anos.
Além de professora, é voluntária numa Academia Sénior, onde dinamiza a disciplina de Psicologia Positiva, fruto da sua formação nesta área (Executive Masters em Psicologia Positiva Aplicada, pelo ISCSP-UL).
Tem a enorme tendência de olhar para o lado bom da vida e nos tempos livres gosta de ler, ver bons filmes, estar com amigos e de passar o máximo de tempo possível com o marido e com os dois cães, Brownie e Poppy.
Vive atualmente no Alentejo, terra que adotou como sua desde 2001.
