Filipa Veiga is a mother, yoga practitioner and instructor, blogger, journalist, traveler, and lover of life. After spending her childhood and youth in Macau, Filipa Veiga studied Law in Lisbon. She grew professionally in journalism, notably at SIC and in some print media, such as Máxima magazine and the Observador newspaper. Yoga came after many years dedicated to ballet. The move to Bali in 2012 complemented a cycle of spiritual discoveries. The blog Yoga-me was born on this "island of the gods" as a personal page for sharing and teachings about who we are and the transformative power of regular spiritual practice.
