Filipa Veiga é mãe, praticante e instrutora de yoga, blogger, jornalista, viajante, amante da vida. Depois da infância e juventude passadas em Macau, Filipa Veiga estudou Direito em Lisboa. Cresceu profissionalmente no jornalismo, nomeadamente na SIC e em alguma imprensa escrita, como a revista Máxima e o jornal Observador . O yoga surgiu depois de muitos anos dedicados ao ballet. A mudança para Bali, em 2012, complementou um ciclo de descobertas espirituais. O blog Yoga-me nasceu nesta «ilha dos deuses» como uma página pessoal de partilha e de ensinamentos sobre o que somos e o poder de transformação vindo de uma prática espiritual regular.
