Filipa Martins é jornalista, escritora, romancista e argumentista. Nasceu em Lisboa em 1983. O seu primeiro romance, Elogio do Passeio Público, foi galardoado com o Prémio APE Revelação. Na Memória dos Rouxinóis, publicado pela Quetzal em 2018, foi distinguido como Prémio Manuel de Boaventura. Em 2023, publicou O Dever de Deslumbrar, biografia de Natália Correia.
