Fernando Manuel Canas Gonçalves

O autor é advogado desde 2000, tendo trabalhado desde 2001 como in-house em sociedades de renome. De janeiro de 2001 a outubro de 2014 integrou os quadros da McDonald's Portugal. No ano de 2009 iniciou-se na Gestão do Departamento de Franchising da McDonald's Portugal, em que esteve investido até 2014. Cumpria-lhe, no desempenho desta função, assegurar o desenvolvimento do negócio de Franchising em Portugal da McDonald's, de acordo com as políticas e princípios internacionais de Franchising daquela Empresa e atendendo ao respetivo Plano de expansão.
Em 2014 integrou a Direção de Serviços Jurídicos da holding do Grupo Jerónimo Martins, desempenhando atualmente as funções de Senior Legal Counsel.
