Fernando Heleno da Silva

Fernando M. Heleno da Silva nasceu na Golegã, Ribatejo, em 1945, filho de trabalhadores rurais.
É casado e tem cinco filhos.
Começou a trabalhar aos 10 anos.
Foi músico amador.
Aos 17 anos recomeçou a estudar no ensino noturno e concluiu o curso de Engenharia, aos 27 anos, com 16 valores.
Foi Assistente do IST, quadro dos TLP e da Portugal Telecom, onde percorreu toda a cadeia hierárquica.
Terminou a carreira como administrador do Grupo PT, bem antes deste se ter desmoronado.
