Fernando Chiotte

Fernando Jorge Chiotte Tavares nasceu em Bragança a 11 de Novembro de 1936, tendo-se licenciado em 1967 pela Faculdade de Medicina de Lisboa. É especialista em Oftalmologia pela Ordem dos Médicos. É sócio da SOPEAM - Sociedade Portuguesa de Escritores e Artistas Médicos. Autodidacta, trabalhou durante dois anos sob a orientação dos pintores Manuela Pinheiro e Vitor Belém. Os seus trabalhos figuram em colecções particulares em Portugal, Espanha, França, Inglaterra e Bélgica. Dedicou-se à escrita, e publicou o seu primeiro romance em Março de 2000, O Fechar do Círculo.
