Fernand Schwarz

Fernand Schwarz nasceu na Argentina em 1951 e reside em França desde 1973.
Estudou Filosofia e História de Arte na Universidade de Buenos Aires, licenciou-se em ambas e especializou-se em Antropologia.
Trabalhou com Mircea Eliade, Gilbert Durand, Edgar Morin e outros participantes dos Encontros Eranos.
Fundou a Associação Cultural Nova Acrópole em França à qual preside.
Dirigiu durante vários anos o módulo de Antropologia da Religião na École d’Anthropologie de Paris.
Foi agraciado em França com a Cruz de Prata das Artes, Ciências e Letras de Paris.
Antropólogo, filósofo e egiptólogo é autor de vasta obra publicada, tendo em Portugal editado os livros Egipto Iniciático, a Sabedoria de Sócrates, Concentração e Despertar Interior no Budismo Tibetano.
