Fátima Falcão

Directora dos Serviços Farmacêuticos do Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental (CHLO). O CHLO foi criado em 2006 e inclui os Hospitais de Egas Moniz (HEM), Santa Cruz (HSC) e São Francisco Xavier (HSFX). Entre 1991 e 2006 foi responsável pelos Serviços Farmacêuticos do HSFX. Membro da Comissão de Farmácia e Terapêutica do CHLO desde a criação deste centro hospitalar.

Doutorada em Farmácia – Farmacoepidemiologia, pela Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade de Lisboa em 2013, sendo professora auxiliar convidada dessa instituição onde é responsável pela docência na disciplina de Farmácia Hospitalar.

Entre 2003 e 2004 foi membro do Research Committee da European Society of Clinical Pharmacy.
Entre 2000 e 2004 foi membro do General Committee da European Society of Clinical Pharmacy.
