Evel Rocha

Vencedor da 6.ª edição do Prémio Literário Arnaldo França 2023 (promovido pela Imprensa Nacional). Nasceu em março de 1967 e estudou na Ilha do Sal, tendo terminado os seus estudos liceais em São Vicente. Doutorado em Ciências Sociais (2021, Universidade do Mindelo) e em Espanhol (2023, Universidade de Valladolid, Espanha) em Literatura, Linguística e Comunicação. Graduado em Psicologia, pós-graduado em Poder Local (2010), mestre em Psicologia Counseling (2009) e mestre em Supervisão Pedagógica (2012).
