Eugénia Edviges nasceu em Benavente, Ribatejo, Portugal, onde reside.
Foi funcionária da Câmara Municipal de Benavente durante 32 anos.
Tem participado em diversos eventos culturais sobre poesia.
Faz teatro amador e já levou à cena algumas peças infantis da sua autoria.
Visita regularmente as escolas e bibliotecas, principalmente do concelho onde, para além de contar histórias, trabalha com as crianças levando-as a criar as suas próprias histórias.
