Eufrázio Filipe, inscrito na Associação Portuguesa de Escritores. Participou em várias colectâneas de Poesia, foi colaborador de várias publicações: República (Lisboa), Suplemento Diário de Lisboa, A Opinião (Porto), Noticias da Amadora (Amadora), Jornal do Centro (Coimbra), Independência D'Águeda (Águeda), Libertação (Aveiro). Foi director da revista Movimento Cultural, da Associação dos Municípios do Distrito de Setúbal, Revista Poder Local.
