Emídio Fernando

Emídio Fernando nasceu em Vila Nova do Seles, Angola. É jornalista na TSF-Rádio Notícias, tendo sido o fundador do 24Horas e colaborador de uma série de jornais e revistas. Ensinou jornalismo e recebeu o Grande Prémio Gazeta do Clube de Jornalistas. Foi correspondente do Canal África, da África do Sul, reportou guerras em Angola, Bósnia, Albânia, Macedónia, Ruanda, Zaire, Iraque e Afeganistão. Mas é Angola, sempre Angola, que o move. É co-autor de Noites de Lisboa, tendo colaborado nos livros Os dias de Bagdad e Curtas Letragens.
