Nasceu em Angola, mas Portugal é casa desde os 3 anos. Licenciou-se em jornalismo, mas a vertente mais lúdica da rádio acabou por falar mais alto. Trabalhou na Cidade FM, foi produtora e locutora na Rádio Comercial e, atualmente, está na M80, onde é locutora do programa da manhã e tem um podcast de histórias infantis da sua autoria. Os seus dois filhos são a sua inspiração para as histórias que escreve.
