Elói Figueiredo

Elói Figueiredo é professor catedrático na Universidade Lusófona, em Lisboa, onde desenvolve igualmente atividade como investigador e divulgador científico.
Doutorado em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade do Porto, dedica-se ao estudo e ensino da monitorização da saúde estrutural, centrando-se atualmente na sua aplicação na adaptação das infraestruturas de transporte às alterações climáticas.
Foi autor de numerosos artigos científicos e de opinião, bem como coautor de dois livros, Engenharia Civil: Uma perspetiva sobre o ensino e a profissão e A ciência descobre, a engenharia cria.
