Elisa Victoria nasceu em Sevilha em 1985. Vendeu pizas e hambúrgueres com barrete vermelho, frequentou os cursos de Filosofia e de Educadores de Infância e escreve compulsivamente desde a adolescência.
Em 2013 publicou Porn & Pains e, em 2018, La sombra de los pinos. No ano seguinte, publicou o seu primeiro romance, Vozdevelha, ao qual se seguiu El Evangelio.
Colaborou com vários meios de comunicação, participou em fanzines e outros projetos e está presente em várias antologias de contos, entre as quais Hijos de Mary Shelley, Erotismo desviado e La família.
Faz oficinas de escrita e literatura e alimenta diariamente dez a trinta gatos, a todos tendo dado um nome.
Gosta dos dias frios.
