Elias Quadros

Doutorado em Ciência Política. Tem formação também em Ciências Empresariais, Direito e Administração Pública. É Professor Emérito da Universidade Lusófona e foi Diretor do ISCAD-Instituto Superior de Ciências da Administração. Trabalhou em organizações de diversos setores e ministérios. Na Administração Pública, exerceu, entre outros cargos, os de Subdiretor-Geral do Gabinete de Estudos e Planeamento da Reforma Administrativa, Secretário-Geral Adjunto do Ministério da Indústria e Energia, Vice-Presidente do Instituto do Comércio Externo de Portugal, Diretor-Geral do Secretariado para a Modernização Administrativa e Diretor-Geral de Pessoal e Infraestruturas do Ministério da Defesa Nacional.
