Elena Kostyuchenko

Nasceu em Yaroslavl, na Rússia, em 1987. Iniciou-se no jornalismo aos 14 anos, e passou dezassete a trabalhar para o Novaya Gazeta, o último grande jornal independente da Rússia que seria encerrado na primavera de 2022 depois da reportagem que Elena fez na Ucrânia. É autora de dois livros publicados em russo, «Indesejado em Liberdade Condicional» e «Temos de Viver Aqui», e foi distinguida com o European Press Prize, o Gerd Bucerius Award e o Paul Klebnikov Prize.
