Edward Docx

Edward Docx nasceu em 1972. Cresceu em Cheshire e Londres. O seu primeiro romance, The Calligrapher (2004), foi muito aclamado e traduzido em sete línguas. Foi escolhido pela San Francisco Chronicle e pelo San Jose Mercury News como Melhor Livro do Ano e foi finalista do The William Saroyan International Prize for Fiction na Universidade de Stanford. A Verdade, o seu segundo romance, foi nomeado para o Booker Prize em 2007. Edward Docx continua a viver em Londres e faz visitas prolongadas a Roma sempre que pode.
