Eduardo Pereira Dinis nasceu a 28 de abril de 1970, em Luanda.
Com 4 anos, veio com os pais para Portugal, adotando Santarém como sua cidade, porque lá cresceu, lá estudou.
Licenciou-se em Línguas e Literaturas Clássicas na Faculdade de Letras de Lisboa. É professor de Português há 22 anos, estando, atualmente, efetivo na Escola Secundária Mouzinho da Silveira, em Portalegre.
Reside em Portalegre há 13 anos.
É casado e tem um filho.
