O sucesso de O Livro do Chá (agora em 3ª edição) vem confirmar a já extensa obra desta jornalista da BBC e reputada gastrónoma que vive há longas dezenas de anos em Londres.

O seu talento no âmbito da gastronomia tem sido amplamente premiado pelo interesse do público de língua inglesa no seu livro The Taste of Portugal, já em 5ª edição e traduzido em várias línguas.

Da mesma autora estão publicados na Colecção de Gastronomia da Colares Editora os seguintes títulos: Peixe à Sua Mesa, Licores,Receitas Rápidas, Saladas de Todo o Ano, Natal à Portuguesa e Chocolate.

Edite Vieira Phillips é membro da Confraria dos Escritores de Gastronomia de Londres.
