É Mestre em Gestão do Potencial Humano (ISG, Lisboa), Psicólogo (UPRA, Luanda) e escritor.
É autor das obras Liderança eficaz e motivação, Poemas de amor e da vida real, e 1ªs Crónicas de um escritor de sucesso.
Apaixonado pela escrita, deixa espaço para a música tocada em guitarra e ukelele.
É casado e Pai de duas princesas.
