Duarte Baião

Nasceu em Moçambique a 8 de maio de 1974, mas vive em Lisboa desde os dois meses de idade. Licenciado em Ciências da Comunicação, dedicou 20 anos ao jornalismo, tendo trabalhado nos jornais A Bola, 24Horas e Diário de Notícias, e atingido o estatuto de Grande Repórter. No seu primeiro livro, Crónicas do Desassossego, Duarte Baião revela de forma plena o traço distintivo da sua escrita: a capacidade de, através da descrição de detalhes que escapariam a outros, simbolizar de forma cativante para o leitor o essencial das histórias que tem para contar.
