Licenciado em Direito pela Universidade Lusófona — Centro Universitário do Porto, Mestre em Ciências Jurídico-Criminais pela Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário do Porto.
Diversos cursos associados à criminalidade, nomeadamente, Especialização de Fraude e Criminalidade Económica e Financeira, Análise da Cena do Crime, Cibercrime, Terrorismo e Contraterrorismo, Tráfico Humano e Profiling Criminal I. Desde 2015 até junho de 2023, exerceu funções de Órgão de Polícia Criminal na Guarda Nacional Republicana. No último ano, assumiu funções específicas da área de Investigação Criminal. Desde 12 de junho de 2023 que exerce funções de Assessoria técnica como especialista no Gabinete de Apoio a Magistrados Judiciais, sob a dependência orgânica do Conselho Superior da Magistratura.
