Dina Kathelyn, autora e ilustradora, produziu numerosos livros para jovens. Os mais conhecidos são os 27 álbuns de Marmouset. Sob o nome de Catherine Haegen, publicou, a solo, os livros Bricolages des Indiens e Bricolage-Tendresse para a Casterman. Nos últimos anos, tornou-se colorista de BD. Em 2004, recebeu o "Pinceau d'Or" no Festival de BD de Vaison-la-Romaine. Foi galardoada com o título de "Compagnon" pela Guilde des Neuf Nations de Bruxelas, na sequência da apresentação de uma "obra-prima" (um retrato do Bourg-Maître) em junho de 2004, e recebeu numerosos outros prémios.
