David Safier was born in Bremen in 1966.
A well-known screenwriter of successful television series such as Mein Leben und Ich (My Life and I), Nikola and Berlin, Berlin, he was awarded the German TV Award, as well as an Emmy in the United States.
He lives and works in Bremen.
Maldito Karma (Planeta, 2011), his first novel, was an international success that sold more than one million and five hundred thousand copies in Germany and has several editions in several countries. In Portugal, in a few months it reached five editions.
Jesus loves me is a new bet by the author on Planeta, and it is planned to be transposed to the cinema.
