David Araújo

David Araújo é repórter de imagem da RTP e natural de Mondim de Basto. Licenciado em Ciências da Comunicação, tem formação pelo Instituto Português de Fotografia. Fez reportagens em Angola, Moçambique, China, Turquia, Estados Unidos e Venezuela, entre outros países. Recebeu vários prémios. Apaixonado por fotografia, fez a exposição SilentGezi (2014) e as instalações Auschwitz – Marca(s) de uma Herança (2015) e i.mer.são – Refugiados no Mediterrâneo (2020). Esteve em reportagem na Ucrânia em 2022, acompanhando o início da invasão russa e o avanço da guerra em várias zonas do país.
