Dave Francis

He was President of Richmond Consultants and has carried out extensive consulting work in the areas of organizational values, strategy development, team development, and organizational agility. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Research Centre for Innovation in Management and a professor at Cranfield University, UK. He is a lecturer at the Scandinavian International Management Institute and an external examiner at Ulster University. His research activities include innovation processes, organizational change, and leadership.
