Daniela Leite Castro é sócia do NEFUP e da Associação Portingaloise. É a responsável pela transcrição das partituras do projeto. Licenciada em Composição pela ESMAE, é compositora e arranjadora, música e performer, e professora de voz, coro e práticas de conjunto no Ensino Básico e no Ensino Livre. No NEFUP, integra o elenco dos espetáculos e é responsável por vários arranjos musicais para o repertório das Cantadeiras, de que também faz parte.
