Prémio Gazeta revelação em 1998, Daniel Oliveira trabalhou, entre outras publicações, no Diário de Lisboa, nas revistas Já e Vida Mundial, e no Diário Económico. Colaborou, coordenou e foi autor de programas de informação na RTP. Foi fundador e dirigente do Bloco de Esquerda e da candidatura Livre/ Tempo de Avançar. É colunista do semanário Expresso desde 2005. Participa nos programas Eixo do Mal (SIC Notícias) e Sem Moderação (canal Q), e escreve no jornal Record. É jornalista, alfacinha, português, cidadão de esquerda e incorrigível polemista.
