Francisco José Villas-Boas Senra de Faria Coelho (Moçambique, 12 de março de 1961) é um presbítero católico português, actualmente bispo-auxiliar eleito da Arquidiocese de Braga.

Depois de chegar a Portugal, após a independência de Moçambique, frequentou o Seminário menor e o curso de filosofia na Arquidiocese de Braga. Em 1980 transferiu-se para o Seminário maior de Évora, onde concluíu os estudos teológicos e foi ordenado presbítero em 29 de junho de 1986.

Estudou Filosofia no Pontifício Ateneu Antoniano, Teologia na Pontifícia Universidade Salesiana e obteve a licenciatura em História Eclesiástica na Pontifícia Universidade Gregoriana (1988-1991). Em 2008 doutorou-se em História pela Phoenix International University, nos Estados Unidos.
