Cristina Castel - Branco

Cristina Castel-Branco é arquiteta paisagista e professora no ISA. Dirigiu o restauro do Jardim Botânico da Ajuda onde foi diretora entre 1997 e 2002. Foi responsável pela área de Arquitetura Paisagista da Expo’98 e autora do conceito e plantações dos Jardins Garcia de Orta.
Autora do anfiteatro e dirige os restauros da Quinta das Lágrimas desde 2004. Membro internacional do ICOMOS (UNESCO), correspondente da Academia Nacional de Belas Arte, vice-presidente do Instituto Europeu de Jardins e Paisagens. Autora de mais de cem jardins públicos e privados e de mais de vinte obras publicadas sobre jardins e arquitetura paisagista.
