Enrique Jiménez Corominas iniciou a sua carreira profissional como desenhador de banda desenhada em 1986, depois de vencer o concurso nacional de banda desenhada "Zona 84". Depois de escrever alguns contos, o editor Josep Toutain encomendou-lhe a série Tragaldabas (1989) para a revista Creepy. Seguiram-se Historias del circo, Cuando tus pies París, Eye Gray (1999) e outros one-shots publicados nas revistas Cimoc e Heavy Metal. Atualmente, é o ilustrador oficial da famosa série Iron Throne de George R.R. Martin para a edição espanhola
