Constança Urbano de Sousa

Professora Associada do Departamento de Direito da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, onde leciona a Unidade Curricular "Direito das Migrações", Investigadora Integrada do Ratio Legis e Colaboradora do OBSERVARE. membro da Rede Odysseus - Academic Network for Legal Studies on Immigration and Asylum in Europe (Universidade Livre de Bruxelas). É coordenadora e Professora da Pós-Graduação em Direito das Migrações. Foi Professora Associada Convidada do Instituto Superior de Ciências Policiais e Segurança Interna (1998 a 2015) e da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2004-2006, 2018-2020), onde foi regente de Direito Europeu de Imigração e Asilo. Entre 2006 e 2012 foi Conselheira Técnica Principal, responsável pela coordenação do núcleo Justiça e Assuntos Internos. Foi Ministra da Administração Interna no XXI Governo e deputada à Assembleia da República (XIII e XIV Legislaturas).
