Claude Lanzmann

Nasceu em Paris em 1925. Jornalista, resistente, realizador, intelectual amigo de Sartre e Beauvoir, disse em 1988 que matava "nazis com a sua câmara de filmar". A sua obra cinematográfica é o maior monumento que se pode erguer contra o esquecimento, uma obra admirável que permitiu mostrar e dizer o inconcebível, essencial para compreender o Holocausto.
