É um historiador e jornalista francês.
Doutorado em História pela Universidade de Paris IV-Sorbonne, é especialista em Catolicismo e papado contemporâneo. Em 2013, editou o Dictionnaire du Vatican et du Saint-Siège (Robert Laffont. Col. «Bouquins») e, em 2017, publicou L’Héritage de Benoît XVI (Tallandier). É o fundador do Storiavoce, podcast exclusivamente dedicado à História.
