Chloé Cruchudet was born in Lyon in 1976. After studying architecture and graphic arts in Lyon, she attended the Gobelins animation school. This led her to develop a taste for on-location drawing and brought a cinematic approach to her work. Her work is inspired by historical books or autobiographies.
She is a renowned and award-winning author in the world of comics.
