César Lema Costas

César Lema Costas é Doutor em Biologia pela Universidade de Vigo e Máster em Agricultura Biológica. É investigador e divulgador sobre o aproveitamento dos recursos silvestres, tendo publicado livros como Bienaventurada la maleza porque ella te salvará la cabeza, Usos de 113 plantas silvestres de los campos norteños (2016), Manual de cocina bellotera para la era postpetrolera (2013) ou Rodar con aceite vexetal (2009).
Participou no projeto de investigação "Ecological Effects of Land Uses Changes on European Terrestrial Mountain Ecosystems" do Instituto Pirenaico de Ecología (CSIC), tendo codirigido diversos projetos fim de carreira na Faculdade de Biologia da Universidade de Vigo (Campus de Ourense).
