Catarina Gomes

Catarina Gomes is a lecturer at the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ISCSP-UL) and a researcher at the Center for Administration and Public Policies (CAPP). She holds a degree in psychology from the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Lisbon, where she also completed a master's degree in human resources, work and organizations, and a doctorate in human resource management and development from ISCTE-IUL, in the areas of self-leadership, well-being and individual innovation. She has published nationally and internationally on these topics.
