Catarina Corujo

Catarina Corujo nasceu em 1987, em Aveiro, e após 28 anos de luta interna com o corpo, decidiu, finalmente, libertar-se das amarras dos padrões de beleza e da cultura das dietas.
Licenciada em Línguas e Relações Empresariais, foi o próprio percurso pessoal que a despertou para a área da Psicologia, sendo hoje Coach de Empoderamento Feminino e uma referência nacional no ativismo pela inclusão corporal e amor próprio.
Bem Me Quero é um sonho tornado realidade e tudo aquilo que gostaria de ter sabido em adolescente.
