Atualmente, vive em Vila do Conde, é empresária e tem três filhos.
Adora escrever e os seus filhos e momentos que passam juntos são a inspiração para as aventuras que cria.
Rafa e os Planetas – ideias quiméricas é o seu primeiro livro a título individual, depois de ter participado na antologia infantojuvenil Phantasia – antologia de contos fantásticos, publicada pela Editorial Novembro, com o conto Acampamento Fantasmórico.
