Carlos Tourinho

Carlos Alberto Moreira Tourinho é Jornalista brasileiro diplomado há 31 anos com experiência em diferentes funções nas duas principais redes de comunicação do Brasil (Globo e Record). Atualmente é Diretor de Jornalismo da Record News no Espírito Santo (Brasil). É Doutor em Ciências da Comunicação pela Universidade do Minho (Braga, Portugal), Professor, Palestrante e Especialista em Inovação. Apresenta um programa semanal de televisão sobre Inovação e Comunicação. Sobre este tema também escreve para jornais, revistas, blogs e rádio. É autor dos livros "10 desafios para a Gestão Pública no Espírito Santo", "Jornalismo Regional e Optativo na Rede Globo", "Inovação no Telejornalismo" e "Inovação é Ação e Comunicação".
