Carlos Brás

Licenciado em História pela Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa. Após ter prestado serviço militar no Corpo de Tropas Paraquedistas durante vários anos, fez carreira no Serviço de Informações de Segurança, onde acompanhou matérias relacionadas primeiro com a URSS e depois com a Federação da Rússia. Entre 2002 e 2020, a sua atividade profissional centrou-se exclusivamente nesta temática. A partir de 2010 começou a acompanhar e a analisar diariamente a propaganda russa, atividade que mantém até hoje.
