Carla Santos

Carla Maria Lopes da Silva Afonso dos Santos é doutora em Matemática Aplicada.
Docente do ensino superior desde 1999, é, atualmente, professora adjunta do Departamento de Matemática e Ciências Físicas do Instituto Politécnico de Beja onde leciona unidades curriculares de Estatística/Matemática a cursos de Licenciatura e Mestrado, nas áreas das Engenharias, Gestão, Segurança, Ciências Sociais, Educação e Saúde.
É autora de diversas comunicações e publicações científicas na área da Estatística e fervorosa divulgadora da Matemática.
