Calamity Jane

Martha Jane Cannary Hickok (1852-1903), mais conhecida por Calamity Jane, foi uma das raras mulheres com estatuto de figura lendária "Western". A sua vida, naturalmente árdua e problemática, foi pontuada também com alguns momentos de felicidade, sobretudo os momentos que viveu ao lado do homem da sua vida, Wild Bill Hickok, e com a sua filha Janey ainda que de uma forma sonhadora, distante e imaginária.
