Brian Wansink

Brian Wansink is a native of Iowa (USA) and earned his doctorate from Stanford University. He is a professor of Consumer Behavior at Cornell University, where he also directs the Food and Brands Lab. Author of three technical books on food and consumer behavior, he lives with his family in Ithaca, New York, where he enjoys French food and french fries every week.
