Bjorn Billhardt is the CEO and founder of Abilitie, a global leadership development company. In 2001, he co-founded Enspire Learning, a pioneering company in e-learning programs and business simulations. Bjorn graduated from the University of Texas and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Born in Hamburg, Germany, he went to the U.S. as a high school exchange student and currently lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and three children.
