Bjorn Billhardt é CEO e fundador da Abilitie, uma empresa mundial de desenvolvimento de liderança. Em 2001, foi cofundador da Enspire Learning, uma empresa pioneira em programas de e-learning e simulações empresariais. Bjorn licenciou-se na Universidade do Texas e tem um MBA da Harvard Business School. Natural de Hamburgo, na Alemanha, foi para os EUA como estudante de intercâmbio no ensino secundário e vive, atualmente, em Austin, no Texas, com a mulher e os três filhos.
