Bernardino Luacute

Filho de Pereira Luacute e de Sofia Bernardo Luacute, Bernardino Chambala Bernardo Luacute nasceu em 1970 no Lobito, província de Benguela, Bairro da Boa Esperança.
Entre 2003 e 2006, frequentou o Centro Universitário de Benguela (CUB), Universidade Agostinho Neto, através do qual obteve, em 2009, o grau de licenciatura.
Em 2013, a KAT-Editora publicou o trabalho final de curso do autor, intitulado "Tendências Político-ideológicas do Processo Nacionalista Angolano (1945-1975)", tendo o lançamento ocorrido na Universidade Katyavala Bwila de Benguela e no Instituto Médio Politécnico Sol Nascente do Huambo.
Bernardino Luacute é, desde 1988, militar das Forças Armadas Angolanas (FAA).
